Thank you or the video, Sanzinsoo!  I hadn't seen this for before.  I have been trying to learn more sai forms as it is my preferred weapon, but almost no one in TSD knows any.  I do Chattan Yara No Sai Dai for tournaments though and I feel I've gotten it down fairly well enough.  I've placed with it in a couple of tournaments.  Does anyone else know that form?  I would like to get some pointers, if possible.

Thanks for posting this - this video looks really good! How long have you been doing sai?

I've only started recently and I'm still getting used to the balance and feel of the sai...they aren't heavy, but I can feel their weight after awhile....I'm guessing it'll be a long time before I'll be confident enough to post a video!

I'm a bit rusty with the sai, haven't done Gai Pa in a while.  The weight of the sai when flipping it really plays havoc with my carpal tunnel.

Akemash*te Omedeto Gozaimasu. (= Happy New Year 2009 to you all.) As a Otoshidama (= New Year's present), I would like to demonstrate Sai, a weapon of Ryukyu Kobudo. I practiced Sai and took the video yesterday. Watch my video clip and enjoy it. Thanks.
