I just started learning Phoenix form!

I just started learning first part of phoenix style. It is supposed to complement the dragon form. It's the yang to the dragon's yin. It is very soft with fast strikes. Some of the poses remind me of parts of eagle and crane, but they are done different, more cursive and softer. It seems easy, but is taking me a while to get use to it. The hand movements are similar to tai chi. That is my best description. It is the most internal form I had to learn so far. It goes without saying, proper breathing is very important. I guess I am so use to the hard strikes/fast movements of tiger, eagle, crane and dragon forms.

Has anyone learned a similar form/kata?
