My wife and I are discussing it.  We live in a small town, 15000.  I am not sure how much I can pump it up.  I may try, as nothing else seems to be coming my way.  Currently, I have about 20-25 full time students, I need 75 plus to make it.  Right now I only teach 2 nights a week, I could up that and teach other courses as well.  I am going to give it more thought, a full time school is very hard, especially in a small rural community.

I am glad that you and your family are doing OK, I would expect nothing less.  Andy

Hi Andy;

Thank you for asking.  The kids and I go up and down -- we get sad a lot -- but we are keeping going.  I am grateful to have my dojo right here so that a bunch of wonderful people show up three times a week and I don't have to do anything at all to see them.  These days I even really enjoy going to the Friday kids' class at a nearby park and just sitting on the floor on the side watching the kids train.

My dojo mates bought me a barbecue for my birthday and we have been eating lots of meat like cavemen.

I hope you can find a job you like rather than one that just keeps you going.  You can't live on the dojo work, huh?

Hi Andy, thanks for finding us, we've kept the forum mostly empty so you can refill it with your wisdom.

As for Phil missing you, he misses everyone - guess that tai chi malaki aint all it's cracked up to be...  :P *runs and hides from da sifu*

Again welcome, hope the job situation sorts its self soon!
It's not what you do that counts but rather how spectacularly bad you do it...

Well, I am still an un-employed karate bum.  I have am in step 5 of being hired by a bank.  I cleared the first four hurdles, if I just can clear the next.  I was offered a job today, but I think that I will wait and see, it is in the car business, and after 42 years, I just can't get myself excited about it.

 Wax, I have been thinking about you alot, how is everything going?  Are the kids doing alright?  Are you doing alright?  It just warms my heart that Sifu Phil missed me.....  I just got hispeed internet at my house, dial-up sucks. I am glad that I found this place, or rather it found me.

I hope everything is fine with everyone.  Andy
