Okay, I saw the movie. It is pretty faithful to the comic book. It is very enjoyable, but the fight choreography is too over the top. But what do we expect? It is after all based on a comic book. I would not call it a masterpiece but it was at least entertaining.

Ok, now they are making movies from video games, and you are worried about whether the characters are accurate?  I am still confused as to why they would make a Lego Star Wars video game.  ::)

I guess I've just not played enough video games.  In Pong, the goal of the paddle was to hit the ball.  The ball didn't even fight back or try evasive maneuvers.  Pretty thin plot for a movie...

You are right Supergroup 7, even though it was critically pan, I remember watching the first Street Fighter movie in the big screen (I was a teenager back then) and loving any minute of it. I am going to buy SF:LoCL soon and watch it and I will post my review, hopefully soon.

I've only seen the trailer, and it peaked my interest.

As to how well it portrays the characters?  I cannot tell you, but I remember the first Street Fighter movie had done quite well. Hopefully, this second one kept that momentum going.
Just doin' my best.

Has anyone seen this film. I know it came out on DVD about two weeks ago. Is it any good? Should I buy or rent? Is it faithful to the characters from the classic video game?
